In a heartfelt interview with AP Entertainment, CL, the group’s leader, expressed surprise at the news of 2NE1’s disbandment, revealing she learned about it through social media while attending a Thanksgiving celebration. “I was at a Thanksgiving dinner and my phone blew up,”she recounted, adding that the experience was “very heartbreaking”for her.
