Guide to Acquiring the White Seashell Waist Chain in Black Myth: Wukong

The White Seashell Waist Chain is a highly underrated Curio in Black Myth: Wukong. While its benefits may not be immediately noticeable upon equipping, combining it with other similar Curios significantly boosts the Destined One’s base attack power. However, acquiring this item is not as simple as finding it in a treasure chest.

Similar to high-tier end-game Curios such as the Tiger Tendon Belt, Beast Buddha, and Thunderflame Seal, the White Seashell Waist Chain can be obtained through a random drop from a specific enemy type. Its drop rate, however, is quite low, making it challenging to secure multiple copies for those aiming to enhance their gear.

How to Locate the White Seashell Waist Chain in Black Myth Wukong

You can acquire the White Seashell Waist Chain Curios by defeating the Bull Stalwart enemies in Black Myth: Wukong. These foes can be found in Chapter 5, titled The Flaming Mountains.

While the Bull Stalwarts are not overly difficult to defeat, they are elite enemies, and taking them on in groups can pose a significant challenge.

At the beginning of Chapter 5, you’ll encounter several Bull Stalwarts, which are conveniently farmable near the Bishui Cave area.

Alternatively, you can find and farm Bull Stalwarts at the Palace Entrance Keeper’s Shrine, just before facing the Keeper of the Flaming Mountains and the Yin-Yang Fish boss.

For the most efficient farming of Bull Stalwarts to obtain the White Seashell Waist Chain, consider equipping the Golden Carp and the Skull of Turtle Treasure. The Golden Carp is acquired by defeating the Yellow Loong, while the Skull of Turtle Treasure is a headgear randomly dropped by the Turtle Treasure enemies found in Chapters 3 and 5.

Both the Golden Carp and Skull of Turtle Treasure enhance the drop rate for rare items from defeated enemies. Though you can still acquire the White Seashell Waist Chain without these Curios, equipping both significantly accelerates the collection of rare items.

The White Seashell Waist Chain provides a combat enhancement of +5 to attack. This benefit is stackable with additional copies of the same Curio, as well as other buffs and equipment. By combining a few White Seashell Waist Chain Curios with Loong Amplification Pills, players can effectively achieve a weapon upgrade’s worth of attack power increase.
