On the day of the hearing, Christian King Combs donned a sharply tailored all-black outfit, reminiscent of his father’s iconic style. According to reports from People, King was seated in an orange chair within the arraignment room, surrounded by seven men, and was seen reviewing the 14-page indictment detailing the allegations against his father, who is 54 years old.

The indictment reviewed by Christian King Combs alleges that Diddy coerced women into participating in “highly orchestrated performances,”labeled “Freak Offs.”It is further claimed that during these events, Diddy “distributed various controlled substances to the victims to ensure their obedience and compliance.”

Moreover, the indictment suggests that both Diddy and the victims received IV fluids post-events to recover from the physical exertion and drug use involved. These concerning details were highlighted in the indictment acquired by People.

Following Diddy’s arrest on Monday, U.S. Attorney Damian Williams stated in a press conference that the indictment accuses him of abusing and exploiting women and others for an extended period.

“The indictment alleges that Combs abused and exploited women and other people for years, employing force, threats of force, and coercion to compel victims into extended sexual performances with male commercial sex workers, some of whom he transported or caused to be transported across state lines,”Williams explained.

In addition to the charges regarding the “Freak Offs,”federal agencies allege that Diddy engaged in violent behaviors, including hitting, kicking, throwing objects at, and dragging victims by their hair, resulting in injuries that may take days or weeks to heal, as reported by People.

Moreover, during federal raids on Combs’ residences in Miami and Los Angeles in March 2024, law enforcement reportedly confiscated various items categorized as “Freak Off”supplies. According to the indictment, these items included narcotics and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.

In light of the charges, Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, expressed to The Mirror that his client is innocent and voluntarily relocated to New York in anticipation of the charges. He urged refraining from judgments until all facts are presented.

“He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal. To his credit, Mr. Combs has been entirely cooperative with this investigation, and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts,”Agnifilo stated.

According to The Mirror, Combs and his legal team proposed a bail amount of $50 million (£38 million) pending the trial’s commencement, which was subsequently denied. Additionally, King and his brothers opted not to engage with the media, quietly leaving through the rear of 500 Pearl Street shortly after Judge Robyn Tarnofsky’s ruling.

As this legal saga continues, fans and supporters are closely monitoring developments, eager to witness how the case progresses and how the Combs family navigates these tumultuous issues.
