To craft an Artifact during the Solo Leveling Arise Special Artifact Crafting event, you will need one Artifact Crafting Ticket. These tickets can be earned by completing Full Moon Daily Missions. There are three missions that reward tickets upon completion, listed below:

Day 8 mission: Obtain Effects Readjustment Kit items 50 times
Day 11 mission: Obtain Effects Readjustment Kit items 200 times
Day 14 mission: Obtain Effects Readjustment Kit items 350 times

Furthermore, Netmarble has given one ticket at the start of the event. You can acquire another ticket from the Autumn Login event.
