“Oh She Spilled”: Internet Reacts as Hayley Williams Interrupts Paramore’s iHeart Radio Performance to Criticize Donald Trump

During the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Festival presented by Capital One on September 20, 2024, singer Hayley Williams publicly criticized former President Donald Trump, urging attendees to vote against him in the upcoming 2024 US Presidential elections.

Williams’ political remarks followed her band Paramore‘s performance of “Big Man, Little Dignity”from their album This Is Why. The singer stated:

“Project 2025 is Donald Trump’s playbook for controlling and punishing women, poor people, people of color, and the LGBTQ community. It is time for all Americans to band together and to finally defeat the Trump agenda. And the only way to do that is by confronting him at the polls. Do you want to live in a dictatorship? Well, show up and vote.”

Fans took to X to voice their reactions to Hayley Williams’ comments about Donald Trump, with many applauding her stance. One user remarked:

“Oh she spilled, end that ugly old man again!”

“We all know who everyone is voting for,”another user wrote, alongside a GIF of Kamala Harris.

“AS SHE SHOULDDDD,”another fan exclaimed.

Conversely, some fans expressed concerns about her political interjection during the concert.

“Why would you interrupt your concert for politics?”an X user wrote.

“Oh man:)) why?,”a fan chimed in.

“All of them are denouncing Trump, which is scary. Who is paying them to do so👀,”another user alleged.
