The Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake has captured the excitement of fans ever since its announcement, and as the release date approaches, it continues to impress with fresh updates. Square Enix has brought this highly anticipated remake to the ongoing Tokyo Game Show, allowing attendees to experience it firsthand. For those unable to attend, the company has released a new video featuring producer Hayasaka Masaaki, highlighting the demo available at TGS.
The demo begins in the quaint town of Romaria, where the party sets out on a quest, traversing the overworld in search of the notorious outlaw, Robbin’ ‘Ood. Their adventure leads them to the towering Skyfell Tower, where players engage in exploration and confront diverse enemies before facing Robbin’ ‘Ood in an epic showdown.
Alongside this captivating section, which introduces the newly implemented Monster Wrangler Vocation, the TGS demo showcases the Monster Arenas. Here, players can create teams of monsters to battle against other creatures in an engaging format reminiscent of Pokemon. Check out the video below for more insights into the game.
The Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake is set to release on November 14 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Following this, the Dragon Quest 1 and 2 HD-2D Remake will be launched next year.
