Death Stranding 2: Detailed Japanese Voice Cast Revealed for On the Beach

The recent extended presentation of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach at the Tokyo Game Show has unveiled a wealth of new information, including fresh gameplay footage, an intriguingly eccentric photo mode, and even an in-game dancing event. In addition, Kojima Productions has shared exciting details about the game’s Japanese voice cast.

Several actors will reprise their roles from the original game, including Kenjiro Tsuda, who voices protagonist Sam Porter Bridges; Nana Mizuki, who lends her voice to Fragile; and Satoshi Mikami, who will portray Higgs (originally played by Norman Reedus, Lea Seydoux, and Troy Baker in the English version).

They will be joined by new cast members: Tomokazu Sugita, who plays Dollman (voiced by Jonathan Roumie in English, based on the likeness of Fatih Akin); Mitsuru Miyamoto, who will voice Tarman (portrayed by Marty Rohine in the English version, based on the likeness of George Miller); and Shion Wakayama as Tomorrow (voiced by Elle Fanning in English).

As emphasized by director Hideo Kojima, the cast of Death Stranding 2 will include many more characters, suggesting that we can anticipate additional cast announcements in the coming weeks and months.

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is set to launch in 2025 exclusively for PS5, with a specific release date expected to be revealed next year.
