How to Unlock Optimus Prime in Squad Busters

Collect Energeons to unlock Optimus Prime in Squad Busters

Optimus Prime is featured in the current Squad Busters event, which will run until September 23, 2024.

To unlock Optimus Prime, players must open event-themed chests. These chests can be obtained by trading Energeon Cubes, which are in-game items that drop during battles. After collecting enough Energeons, players should click on Optimus Prime, located in the Plaza, to exchange them.

Players can claim 13 Energeons for free by logging into Squad Busters via the in-game shop. Additionally, the first reward chest from the event guarantees a drop of Optimus Prime, making the first copy of this new troop free to acquire.

Follow these steps to easily unlock Optimus Prime in Squad Busters:

Step 1: Launch the game and open the in-game store.
Step 2: Collect the free 13 Energeons.
Step 3: Open the Plaza, select Optimus Prime, and exchange the Energeons to unlock the new troop.

Note that only the Baby form of Optimus Prime will be available for free. Higher forms can be unlocked by progressing through the event’s reward track.
