After an intense sparring match that ended in a stalemate, Juushirou invited Shunsui to his favorite candy shop, where he shared treats with his five younger siblings. This gesture solidified their friendship. Subsequently, Juushirou confided in Shunsui about his illness, revealing that he was the vessel for Mimihagi, a remnant of the Soul King Adnyeus. Shunsui, determined not to lose his friend, vowed that Juushirou would not meet an early demise.
