DJ Vlad Suggests Diddy Should Have Escaped to Russia Amid Possible Arrest Warnings

Sean “Diddy”Combs was recently arrested on unidentified charges related to trafficking allegations. On September 17, DJ Vlad took to X (formerly Twitter) to suggest that Combs should have gone to Russia as soon as he suspected an impending arrest.

The tweet stated:

“I’ve been saying this for the last couple of months in my interviews. Diddy should have fled to Russia as soon as he heard his arrest was possible. Instead, he spent his time hanging out in Harlem and Miami, thinking his money would protect him.”

This tweet quickly went viral, amassing over 10.6k views shortly after posting. Prior to this, Vlad had conducted a poll on X, asking his followers:

“Now that he’s indicted, how much time do you think Diddy will get?”

The poll options included probation, one year, five years, and ten years. Approximately 3.9% of respondents believed Combs would receive a one-year sentence, while around 49% estimated a ten-year sentence. Meanwhile, 31.9% predicted probation and 15.2% speculated a five-year term.

As of now, the poll has gathered 824 votes, and the tweet has been viewed over 4,100 times at the time of writing.

Federal Agents Arrest Sean “Diddy”Combs in New York City

Sean “Diddy”Combs was taken into custody amid multiple lawsuits accusing him of sexual abuse and misconduct. According to NBC News, the hip-hop mogul was arrested at the Park Hyatt hotel on West 57th Street, as confirmed by a representative.

His legal team expressed discontent with the jury’s decision that resulted in the indictment. U.S. Attorney Damian Williams confirmed that the indictment was sealed, meaning the exact charges were not disclosed to the public. Williams added:

“We expect to move to unseal the indictment in the morning and will have more to say at that time.”

Marc Agnifilo, Diddy’s lawyer, speculated that the charges could include racketeering and sex trafficking. He asserted that while Combs might be an “imperfect person,”he was not a criminal. Agnifilo also provided further context regarding the arrest.

He revealed that the arrest occurred around 8:30 PM local time, executed by Homeland Security Investigations officials. Combs has faced numerous lawsuits in the past, with the most recent one filed by Dawn Richard, who accused the mogul of sexual assault.

Richard also highlighted allegations against Diddy concerning former partner Cassie Ventura, claiming to have witnessed him assaulting Ventura. It remains to be seen how the indictment and pending lawsuits will impact Combs’s future.
