Just like in the previous Faceoff Matches, players must fulfill all necessary requirements before they can take on Svarog in a Faceoff Match. Additionally, defeating Svarog will enable you to progress in the Luminary Wardance event and earn all associated rewards.

Effective Strategies to Beat Svarog in Honkai Star Rail Luminary Wardance Event
To unlock Svarog’s challenge after defeating Boothill in the Luminary Wardance event, you’ll need to complete certain missions. Just like prior challenges, you’ll need to finish a couple of Knockout Matches to access Svarog’s Faceoff Match.
For unlocking Svarog’s Faceoff Match, gather a total of 600 Points by carefully completing Knockout Matches. Each match provides 300 Points, meaning you only need to win two matches.
Here are some tips to efficiently complete both Knockout Matches in the Honkai Star Rail Luminary Wardance event:
Knockout Match One
- Start by examining the “Arena Environment” buff. This buff enhances your allies’ follow-up attack’s Weakness Break efficiency and provides an additional 50% Weakness Break efficiency to their Ultimate. Therefore, characters capable of executing follow-up attacks or dealing damage with their ultimate are best suited for this match. From the trial character catalog, consider forming a team with Feixiao, March 7th (Hunt), Trailblazer (Harmony), and Lingsha.
- During the battle, aim to break your opponent’s weaknesses as many times as possible to rapidly accumulate Vibes.
- You can opt for Tactical Codex: Out of Thin Air and Tactical Beverage: Might Quench for this challenge. The latter makes enemies vulnerable after being hit by a follow-up attack, while the former enables all characters to activate their ultimate instantly. With all allies benefiting from increased ultimate Weakness Break efficiency, this will help you trigger the Weakness Break status effect more frequently.
Knockout Match Two
- The “Arena Environment” buff in the second Knockout Match enhances the ultimate damage of allies; thus, construct a team that aligns accordingly. You can either create a team with Argenti, Huohuo, Herta, along with a buffer/sub-DPS or focus on an Acheron hypercarry setup.
- If you go with the Acheron hypercarry team, choose Tactical Beverage: Devil’s Hand. If opting for Argenti, then Tactical Beverage: Westroc Super Drink is optimal. The Tactical Codex: Out of Thin Air also synergizes exceptionally well with Argenti, while Tactical Codex: Lie in Wait or Uproot The Cause is advised.
- During combat, eliminate opponents and deploy the left-most character’s ultimate to gain Vibes and enter the Super Hype state, which will make it significantly easier to defeat your foes.
After successfully completing both Knockout Matches, you will unlock Svarog’s Faceoff Match in the Honkai Star Rail Luminary Wardance event. Since Svarog is vulnerable to Fire, Lightning, Wind, and Imaginary elements, assemble a team featuring characters that utilize these elements. The “Arena Environment” buff enhances both follow-up attack and ultimate damage of allies, making a team centered around Feixiao particularly effective for this challenge.
As Feixiao is included in the trial character catalog, consider forming a lineup with Feixiao, March 7th (Hunt), Robin, and Gallagher or Aventurine, if you have unlocked them. For Tactical Decisions, select Tactical Beverage: Might Quench and Tactical Codex: Uproot The Cause.
During the Faceoff Match, aim to execute as many consecutive attacks as possible to gather a substantial amount of Vibes. The more consecutive attacks you make, the quicker you will enter the Super Hype state. Once Svarog’s health bar is depleted, you will emerge victorious from the battle.
