On September 12, 2024, Truelove Magazine conducted a revealing interview with cast members of Netflix’s Blood Legacy Season 1, including Xolile Tshabalala (Khanyisile Adesina), Buyile Mdladla (Mandla Ndlovu), and Mike Ndlangamandla (Siya Ndlovu).
During the interview, Xolile Tshabalala lauded Khanyisile for her complexity and the evolution of her character. She remarked:
