BTS’ Jin recently shared an update on Weverse for his fans prior to his trip to Milan, Italy, where he will be attending his first-ever Gucci fashion event. On September 18, Jin posted a mirror selfie along with a heartfelt message to his fans in celebration of the ongoing Chuseok Festival.
The “Moon”singer extended warm greetings and shared how he was spending the Chuseok holidays with his loved ones. He mentioned that he was at the airport while writing the post as he prepared to leave for Milan Fashion Week.
“Hello, this is Jin. It’s been a while since I greeted you. Is everyone enjoying Chuseok well? I’ve been doing well, cooking meals and spending time with my family! Right now, I’m at the airport to board a flight to Milan.”
The BTS member expressed that he felt nervous about attending the event but humorously added that it wasn’t true.
“It feels like this is my first time attending such an event, so I’m very nervous (actually, I’m not nervous at all). Well then, I’ll be off!”
BTS’ Jin Spotted at Incheon International Airport Ahead of 2024 Milan Fashion Week
BTS member Jin is preparing for his debut fashion show appearance at the Milan Fashion Week after completing his military service. On the afternoon of September 18, he was seen at Incheon International Airport, ready to depart for Milan. According to a video reported by Dispatch, a large crowd of fans gathered at the airport to catch a glimpse of the BTS vocalist.
In his Weverse post, Jin did not provide specific details about the fashion event he was attending. However, TV Daily confirmed that he would be present at the *Gucci 2025 Spring/Summer Women’s Fashion Show in Milan*, scheduled for September 20, 2024.
On August 8, Jin was officially announced as the global ambassador for the luxury brand Gucci, and excitement for his presence at the brand’s show in Milan has reached a tidal wave.
Notably, the *Awake* singer was spotted at the airport wearing an all-Gucci outfit, including a black denim shirt and pants layered over a white tee, completing his look with Gucci’s Re-Web sneakers.
Jin’s Recent Activities
On Monday, September 16, Jin extended Chuseok festival greetings via BTS’ official YouTube channel. This year, South Korea celebrates Chuseok, also known as Korean Thanksgiving, from September 16 to September 18. On the first day of the festival, Jin shared a video message to fans:
“Our ARMY who have worked so hard until now, I would like to tell you, ‘great job!’ I hope to create great memories together for the rest of 2024. Enjoy lots of delicious holiday food. I wish you a happy Hangawi (Chuseok) with your loved ones.”
Additionally, on Tuesday, September 17, the latest episode of his solo variety show *Run Jin* was released, titled “The Prince of Tennis.”This episode features popular South Korean actor Lee Yi-kyung, a close friend of Jin. The two showcased their entertaining chemistry while competing in a tennis match against two kids, delivering a fun-filled episode.
