Complete Guide to All Bosses in Astro Bot

Shortly after its launch, Team Asobi’s Astro Bot is being celebrated as the premier PlayStation 5 game of 2024. This engaging adventure takes players through five visually stunning worlds, featuring intricately crafted stages. During your in-game journey, you’ll need to collect a variety of bots and puzzle pieces before progressing into each new realm.

While Astro Bot offers a simple and entertaining experience, some challenges may leave players puzzled. The game includes seven boss fights, which many gamers may find to be relatively straightforward. Below is a comprehensive list of all the bosses in Astro Bot.

All Astro Bot Boss Fights

Upon completing the first world, Gorilla Nebula, you will face off against Mighty Chewy. This boss, inspired by King Kong, hurls buildings at Astro Bot along with fierce attacks. Utilizing your bulldog dash ability effectively will make defeating him a breeze.

To evade his assaults, navigate through breakable windows or openings in the buildings. When you see the bell turn red after his Bell Slam move, that’s your cue to strike. Attack his eyes, then his teeth, and finally hit the golden button in his mouth to secure your victory.

2) Wako Tako

Your second confrontation in Astro Bot will be with Wako Tako, an octopus residing in the Tentacle System. Armed with the Frog Gloves during this fight, you’ll be thrown into a boxing match with Wako Tako, who sports boxing gloves as well. Initially, you must tackle a mini version of Wako Tako before confronting the main boss.

After rescuing 60 bots, Wako Tako’s location becomes available. When he attacks with his tentacles, aim for his gloves twice to knock him out. Use your Frog Gloves to pull his tentacles to finish him off.

3) Lady Venomara

The third world, Serpent Starway, introduces you to Lady Venomara. Fully exploiting your chicken jump ability will greatly assist you in this battle. Given her extensive range of attacks, Venomara poses a significant challenge.

After rescuing 100 bots, Lady Venomara’s stage unlocks. Avoid the purple eggs she throws while bridging the gap between you. Strike her chin to ultimately claim victory.

4) Mecha Leon

Mecha Leon, a gigantic chameleon, will compel you to utilize your slo-mo watch due to its lightning-fast attacks. Throughout your journey, Astro Bot will need to equip different power-ups to enhance combat variety and excitement.

After rescuing 100 bots, stay centered on the platform during the battle against Mecha Leon. When it performs a tongue attack, use the opportunity to strike its uvula to finish the fight.

5) Falcon McFly

As you approach the conclusion of the fifth world, prepare to face Falcon McFly. Interestingly, this boss is not particularly challenging. Employ your samurai rolling ability to claim victory. However, this may lead to somewhat repetitive combat.

Prior to challenging Falcon McFly, you must collect 200 bots to unlock his location in the galaxy. Be cautious of his beak attacks and focus on targeting his helmet. Once you shatter Falcon McFly’s helmet, aim for the bump on his head to secure your victory.

Final Boss Fight – Space Bully Nebulax

As you approach this final stage, you may realize that the journey has been far more enjoyable than the destination itself. The climactic boss fight has been built up throughout the game, yet it may feel somewhat underwhelming. Utilize various power-ups during this encounter, as Nebulax mainly relies on a spinning wheel for attacks.

To face Nebulax, ensure that all missions across the planets are complete. Return to the Crash Site and press the large red button to initiate the battle. Keep attacking the spaceship frequently to ultimately repel Nebulax and conclude the fight.
