The newly launched PlayStation 5 game, Astro Bot, is rapidly capturing the attention of gamers everywhere. Being hailed as one of the greatest PS5 games of all time, Astro Bot currently stands as the best-selling retail game on Amazon and is completely sold out in Japan. In this engaging adventure, players must collect numerous bots and puzzle pieces across various levels to advance in the game.
While the gameplay is relatively straightforward, there are certain moments that present a bit of a challenge, especially for those aiming to collect every single bot and puzzle piece. In this guide, we will explore all the bot locations within the Astro Bot Safari Park.
Astro Bot Safari Park Walkthrough
As your journey begins, Astro’s spaceship crashes on a planet we will refer to as the Crash Site. This location serves as your main base, and you will frequently return here throughout the game. Within this area, there are a substantial number of bots and puzzle pieces that are essential for progressing to other planets. To unlock Safari Park, you must collect 64 puzzle pieces, which is a stage located within the Astro Bot’s Crash Site.
How to Access Safari Park in Astro Bot
To finally enter the Safari Park, head to the Crash Site and look for a spaceship shaped like the DualSense controller. Next, locate the elephant-shaped building that acts as the entrance for the Astro Bot. As you approach, the elephant’s trunk will begin to open, allowing you to enter the Safari Park.
Astro Bot Safari Park: Bots to Collect
Unlike many other levels, the Safari Park in Astro Bot doesn’t feature any puzzle pieces to collect; there are only two bots to find.
Bot Number 1
Upon entering Safari Park, proceed straight through the illuminated gate. Moving diagonally to your left, you’ll notice a few frozen platforms. Jump on these platforms to reach your first bot.
Look for an egg-like structure close by, which is where you’ll find your first bot, Pup Pal. Once you’ve collected it, head back down to continue your quest for the next bot.
Bot Number 2
After descending from the platform, you’ll encounter a small body of water. Navigate around the shore towards the tree where you will see the elephant-shaped Astro Bot and jump onto the nearby platform.
Jump towards the flying owl and grab the illuminated rope that it holds. The owl will assist you in reaching a canopy area with another egg-shaped structure. Here, you’ll be able to rescue the second bot, Pup Pal+.
With both bots saved from the Safari Park, you can return to the Crash Site.
