Although these outfits do not alter gameplay mechanics—meaning there are no buffs or bonuses associated with any specific outfit—they significantly influence the emotional connection players build with the character. While some outfits become available automatically through story progression, others require dedicated effort to obtain.

Unlocking All Outfits in Control

In total, players can unlock 12 outfits in Control, though it’s worth noting that some of these attire options were exclusive to the game’s original launch period and are no longer available for new players. Candidate P7	Obtain Clearance Level 6, then locate this outfit in a locker in the Prime Candidate Program area of the Containment Sector.
Janitor’s Assistant	Complete all What a Mess missions for Ahti, with the outfit appearing on the corkboard during the last mission.
Expedition Gear	Finish the third-tier expedition in the Songmaster Jukebox.
Director Suit	Complete the main story mission Take Control.
Office Assistant	Complete the Take Control main story mission.
Extradimensional Suit	This outfit is exclusive to the AWE DLC and can be obtained by completing the SHUM and SHUM 2 side missions.
Urban Response	Originally available as bonus content in the Digital Deluxe Edition of Control (2019), this outfit is no longer obtainable.
Astral Dive Suit	This was a Day One bonus outfit for Control (2019) and is currently not available for new players.
