Adding Controls to the Control Center in iOS 18

Previously, users had to access the Settings app to add, remove, or rearrange controls in the Control Center. However, iOS 18 has simplified this process significantly.

  • First, ensure you’ve installed iOS 18 on your iPhone.
  • From either the Home or Lock Screen, swipe down from the top-right corner to reveal the Control Center.
  • This action will display the first Control Center Screen (Favorites). You can swipe to access additional screens such as Music, Connectivity, or Home Control Center screens, all of which can be customized.
  • Tap on the “+” icon located at the top-left corner to add controls in the iOS 18 Control Center.
  • Next, tap on the ‘Add a Control‘ option.
