Complete Guide to Poison Chief Bosses and Their Locations in Black Myth Wukong

Throughout the campaign in Black Myth: Wukong, players will face an array of challenging boss battles and formidable enemies. Among these are the Yaoguai Chiefs, which can be encountered throughout the campaign. There’s a specific subset known as the Poison Chief bosses, with a total of four to defeat.

The Poison Chiefs are exclusively found in Chapter 6, which lacks a detailed title to guide players regarding the challenges ahead. To help players locate these bosses, we’ve compiled a guide to each Poison Boss in Black Myth: Wukong.

Locations of All Four Poison Chief Bosses in Black Myth: Wukong

As noted, all four Poison Chief bosses can only be encountered in Chapter 6, specifically set in the Mount Huaguo region. Players will need to reach the Verdant Path Keeper’s Shrine and the Rhino Watch Slope, both situated in the Foothills area of Mount Huaguo.

To access each boss, players need to obtain the Somersault Cloud. After defeating each Poison Chief, players will receive the following rewards:

1x Mind Core
1x Fine Gold Thread

Begin your search at the Verdant Path Keeper’s Shrine and utilize the Somersault Cloud to ascend. After exiting the cave, veer right and continue flying upwards. Eventually, you will arrive at an open area devoid of trees, where the large rock in the center marks the location of the first Poison Chief.

For the second chief, start again at the Verdant Path Keeper’s Shrine and take the Somersault Cloud upwards. This time, make a left turn to spot a small lake. The second chief will be visible just a few steps before the Feng-Tail General’s location.

Starting from the Rhino Watch Slope Keeper’s Shrine, ascend using the Somersault Cloud and look left towards the Deer Sight Forest. Within the forest, a small clearing near a waterfall will show the location of the third Poison Chief, situated close to the trees by the waterfall.

Similarly, from the Rhino Watch Keeper’s Shrine, head towards the Deer Sight Forest, but this time turn right. Soon, you will spot the fourth Poison Chief in the area.
