Death Stranding 2: Explore the In-Game Dancing Dollman Event on the Beach

Among the many fascinating characters in Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, Dollman stands out as one of the most captivating. Originally a medium, he is now confined to a puppet’s body and features the appearance of Faith Akin along with the voice of Jonathan Roumie.

So far, Dollman has been seen accompanying Sam and encountering Higgs. However, this is just the beginning. During the recent Special Stage event at the Tokyo Game Show 2024, it was revealed that performing a specific action in a Private Room will initiate a unique event where multiple Dollman characters serve as backup dancers for singer Daichi Miura, who performs his latest single, “Horizon Dreamer.”

This new single will be available on streaming platforms starting September 30th. While the purpose of this in-game event remains unclear, it is certainly not the oddest inclusion from director Hideo Kojima in a video game.

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is set to launch on PS5 in 2025, with Kojima indicating that the official release date will be disclosed next year.
