Set in Miami in 1991, the series chronicles Dexter’s early days at Miami Metro Police Department and is expected to revisit significant events leading to anticipated character arcs and kills from Dexter’s extensive lore. Additionally, fans can look forward to another sequel, Dexter: Resurrection, set to premiere in the summer of 2025, with Hall also confirmed to return. Ultimately, Dexter: Original Sin paves the way for more spin-offs and sequels, confirming the franchise’s enduring popularity.
