The situation involving Diddy continues to escalate.
Beginning in November 2023, Sean “Diddy” Combs has been at the center of significant charges that include sexual assault, sex trafficking, racketeering, and facilitating transportation for prostitution. Since these claims surfaced, Diddy has faced an overwhelming 120 lawsuits from alleged victims, with a concerning number involving minors. He is currently held at a federal facility in Brooklyn, awaiting trial on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.
Recently, a new allegation has surfaced, claiming Diddy assaulted a boy at the age of 10.
Diddy accused of assaulting a 10-year-old aspiring male rapper
An unnamed plaintiff has come forward, stating he was just 10 years old when he was assaulted by Diddy, as detailed in a lawsuit lodged in a New York state court last Monday (October 28, 2024), first reported by Rolling Stone. Known as John Doe, he explains that he and his family traveled to Manhattan to meet industry leaders, including Diddy, aimed at advancing his career.
Allegedly, while in a hotel room alone with Diddy, the plaintiff said he was served soda that he suspects was laced with drugs. As he started to feel disoriented, Diddy reportedly pushed him down and warned him, “Sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to do.” According to the lawsuit, Diddy then exposed himself and instructed the minor to kiss him. When the boy resisted, the complaint alleges that Diddy forced his genitals into the boy’s mouth and continued to move in and out. The plaintiff recounted that he lost consciousness shortly afterward, and upon waking, discovered his pants were undone, and he felt pain in his buttocks.
The plaintiff asserts he disclosed the ordeal to his parents after they noted a shift in his behavior, though they chose not to report it at the time due to fears of repercussions. The traumatic experience has since caused the victim to battle depression and anxiety, ultimately resulting in him being homeschooled.
Diddy’s representatives deny allegations of assaulting a 10-year-old boy
In a statement provided to Rolling Stone, Diddy’s public relations team dismissed the allegations as a mere “publicity stunt,” describing them as “facially ridiculous” and “clearly false.” They asserted that the attorneys involved, Tony Buzbee and Andrew Van Arsdale, were primarily seeking media exposure and reiterated Diddy’s innocence.
Diddy’s trial is scheduled to commence next May. Should he be convicted, he may face a minimum prison sentence of 15 years, potentially extending to life.
