This is primarily due to the requirement of venturing into one of Shoreline’s hotspots, the Health Resort. Below are the objectives you must fulfill to complete the task:

Retrieve the data from the computer room located in the east wing of the Health Resort on Shoreline.
Deliver the obtained data to Peacekeeper.

For the Cargo X Part 1 quest in Escape From Tarkov, you’ll need to acquire one of two keys to access the computer room in the east wing: either room 306 or 308. Obtaining these keys can be difficult as they spawn randomly.

Typically, these keys can be found in jackets, drawers, bags, or the pockets of Scavs. However, if you’re willing to spend some in-game currency, purchasing a key from the Flea Market can simplify the process immensely.

Once you secure one of the keys, enter a raid on Shoreline. Depending on your spawn point, make your way to the east wing of the Health Resort. Once you have the Toughbook Reinforced Laptop in your possession, your next task is to successfully extract from the raid. You can head to the vehicle extraction point near the Smuggler’s Den. If the vehicle extraction is unavailable, your alternative is the Path to Lighthouse located in the map’s western region, adjacent to the sunken village.

After a successful extraction, navigate to your Quests tab and select Peacekeeper. Click on the task and hit the “Turn In” button to complete the quest.
