“Everyone Say Mother!” – Big Brother Fans Celebrate Makensy’s Week 10 HoH Victory

The latest episode of Big Brother Season 26, which aired on Thursday, September 19, 2024, marked the elimination of T’Kor. After Angela used her Veto power to remove Kimo from the elimination block, T’Kor was left in a vulnerable position as the replacement nominee against Rubina.

T’Kor was officially evicted from the house following four votes against her. After her departure, the remaining houseguests, except for Leah, participated in Week 10’s Head of Household (HoH) competition. The challenge, titled ‘Eye Candy’, required contestants to stack candies to create the tallest stack possible. Since this challenge lasted for an hour, the outcomes were not revealed during the episode.

Three hours later, the Live Feeds on Paramount+ showed Makensy celebrating her HoH victory. Fans of Big Brother took to X to discuss her win, with some praising her achievement while others speculated on her potential nominees for the upcoming elimination round.

“After evicting every single HoH that has nominated her, Makensy has now WON her first Head of Household competition. Everyone say mother!”a fan wrote.

“Like Makensy has grown on me so much this season and seeing her get an HOH when it matters most…Like she might just take the bag,”another fan commented.

Fans of Big Brother shared their congratulatory messages for Makensy becoming Week 10’s HoH.

“Oh my God let’s gooooooooo makensy Finally won HOH i am so happy right now tears of Joy! My favorite Houseguest finally won whooooooo Hoooooo!”a netizen tweeted.

“My sweet Texas!! You did it. Makensy Jo got her first HOH,”one user reacted.

“MAKENSY IS HOH B**CH WHY I JUST START SOBBING,”a person commented.

However, there was dissent among Big Brother fans watching the Live Feeds when they learned of Makensy’s plan to nominate Angela and Kimo, targeting Angela as the primary objective.

“Makensy won HOH! She’s making the most predictable nominations by putting up Angela & Kimo on the block! I hope she leaves during the Double Eviction next week!”one fan wrote.

“It doesn’t make sense for Makensy to win this HOH. She’s so well insulated on both sides that no one is going to put her up. The only person would possibly be Kimo but he doesn’t win comps. She would be making a hard decision on who to put up,”a user tweeted.

“Makensy winning HOH is us entering the darkest timeline. May she go out in the double,”another person commented.

Big Brother Week 10 HoH Makensy Targets Angela for Elimination

Following her HoH victory, Makensy faced the crucial task of determining her nominations for the upcoming elimination. With just seven contestants left in the game, the stakes were rising. Makensy aimed to wield her power strategically, considering her immediate targets to be Angela and Kimo.

Makensy acknowledged that nominating anyone other than Angela and Kimo would be perplexing. Leah disagreed with this approach, asserting:

“The one you just talked about and Angela are people you can beat in the following weeks, and Angela would never put you up.”

Despite Leah’s arguments to protect her ally Angela, Makensy remained firm in her decision, stating she needed to plan for the “long run”to advance her game. She instructed Leah to keep Angela calm to prevent unnecessary drama.

In a separate conversation with Rubina, the new HoH revealed she intended to tell Angela that she was merely a pawn and not her primary target to prevent a panic. Makensy confided in Kimo, assuring him that he was the true pawn, not Angela.

To justify her strategy, she explained:

“I want to give you the opportunity to take yourself off. I know if I put you up against her [Angela], she is going to think it would be you more likely. I am trying to keep her as oblivious as possible.”

Later, during a chat with Cam, Makensy expressed her desire to see “Leah gone”but did not want to take action herself. Cam supported her plan and hoped for Angela’s eviction so that Leah could potentially be put up next week due to her dwindling allies.
