The inaugural episode premiered on September 16, 2024, featuring a distinguished panel of judges: Carla Hall, Zac Young, and Stephanie Boswell. These experts will evaluate the competitors’ creations and decide who progresses and who faces the dreaded cryo-freeze.

Meet the Cast of Halloween Baking Championship Season 10

1) Aaron Davis from Arizona

Aaron Davis serves as the pastry lead at Chateau Luxe in Arizona. He has previous experience on the Food Network, having reached the finals in Holiday Baking Championship season 9 and becoming a semi-finalist on Halloween Wars season 5.

2) Carly Robertson from Utah

Carly Robertson comes from Utah and owns a bakery named Sugar High Confections. Her debut in this season introduces a fresh talent eager to demonstrate her baking skills on a nationwide platform.

3) Hollie Rivera from Manitoba

Representing Manitoba, Hollie Rivera works as an assistant pastry chef at Cake-ology. This marks her first appearance on the Food Network as she enters the Halloween Baking Championship.

4) JL Hinojosa from Texas

JL Hinojosa, the pastry chef de partie at The Driskill Hotel in Texas, works in a creatively haunted environment and aims to represent Hispanic pastry chefs at a national level.

5) Joel Gonzalez from Arizona

6) Lillian Chng from California

Lillian Chng, owner of Decorated Confections in California, brings her home bakery expertise to the show. Known for her customized spooky treats, she specializes in creations like ‘Death by Sugar’ ghoul velvet cake and pumpkin spice mousse.

7) Manny Martinez from Texas

Manny Martinez began his baking career at Three Brothers Bakery, a kosher establishment, in 2013. In 2022, he opened his own horror-themed bakery, The Grim Bakers, in Texas. In a recent interview, he remarked about joining the competition:

“They’re into the gore and the spooky stuff. They’re not afraid of it. That would be awful.”

8) Megan Aucone from New Jersey

Megan Aucone is a classically trained pastry chef and leads the cake artistry at Uncle Giuseppe’s in New Jersey. She is renowned for her French desserts, including tarts, puff pastry, and realistic custom cakes, as noted in her Food Network biography.

9) Samantha Santiago Torres from Illinois

Samantha Santiago Torres from Illinois is an accomplished executive pastry chef with over 15 years of experience. Holding a Master’s degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Camilo José Cela University, she is skilled in pastry preparation and menu development, regularly conducting industry classes and workshops.

10) Thierry Aujard from Pennsylvania

Thierry Aujard, based in Pennsylvania, serves as the executive pastry chef at Sweet Prosperity Bakery. He is also a familiar face in prior Food Network competitions, including Holiday Wars and Halloween Wars.
