To alleviate these concerns, Sarper took her to a scrapyard, where he destroyed the book as a symbolic gesture. Additionally, he disposed of all his alcohol bottles, responding to Shekinah’s discomfort with his drinking habits.
Fans of 90 Day Fiancé voiced their opinions on Sarper’s actions on X. Some praised him for taking steps to let go of his past and improving their relationship, while others criticized him, suggesting that these actions wouldn’t fundamentally change their situation.

What happened at the scrapyard in episode 12 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 6?
During episode 12, Sarper took Shekinah to the scrapyard, where he provided her with glasses and gloves, piquing their curiosity about the upcoming events. He then began smashing a sack of alcohol bottles against a pile of scrap.
Sarper expressed that this activity was a great way to release stress and manage emotions. While breaking the bottles, he stated:
“Delete my past.”
He conveyed a sense of relief, describing the act as an experience of “freedom.”Sarper invited Shekinah to join in on the smashing, which strengthened their bond.
Following this, Sarper kindled a small fire and asked Shekinah to stand beside him as he commenced to destroy his little black book, ripping pages one at a time to burn them. Shekinah was visibly surprised and appreciative, noting that he was doing this to eliminate the sources of her insecurity.
