After breaking free from prison alongside Ez and Uzra‘s captain, players will navigate the Ancient Mountain Path leading towards the outskirts of the Vibra Royal Capital. During this journey, players have the opportunity to visit Ez’s workshop, where one of Ez’s adoptive siblings will express curiosity about the Dimengeon machine in your possession. This pivotal conversation initiates the True Dimengeon side quest, a multi-step adventure that spans various locations.
Successfully completing this side quest, characteristic of JRPGs, entails thorough exploration and engagement with numerous NPCs. This guide will provide you with comprehensive steps to accomplish the quest and secure valuable rewards in Fantasian Neo Dimension.
Unraveling the True Dimengeon Side Quest in Fantasian Neo Dimension
Upon discussing the Dimengeon Machine with Ez’s brother, you will be tasked with collecting several items essential for an upgrade. Initially, you will need to gather a Battery and a Magic Crystal, which you can procure by defeating enemies or machines found in earlier game areas. After delivering these items, he will prompt you to find a third item, which can be located in the Vibra Royal Capital—an essential point for fans of semi-open world JRPGs.
He will provide you with a Deal Ticket to facilitate the exchange for the required item. Keep in mind that the specific Circuit Board mentioned will differ for each player—our experience revealed it was Circuit Board SX.
Proceed through the main storyline until you reach the Sewers and eventually arrive at the Royal Capital. At the Town Centre, move left to find some children who will guide you to an alleyway where you can complete the exchange. Speak with the designated man to procure your Circuit Board. Following this, continue your journey within the main story until the Warp Device is reactivated. Once functional, you can employ Fast Travel to return to the Outskirts and finalize the quest, thereby upgrading your Dimengeon to a maximum capacity of 40.
If for any reason your Warp Device is out of order, you can still return to the Outskirts by retracing your steps through the Sewers. However, this alternative route will consume significantly more time and involve multiple enemy encounters along the way.
