Victor Frankenstein, an iconic figure from literature, created the Bride in 1831 after his earlier creation, Eric Frankenstein. The narrative takes a dark turn when Eric, feeling jealousy towards Victor’s affection for the Bride, ultimately kills him. Throughout the second episode, we learn that Eric chased the Bride over centuries, culminating in her recruitment into Amanda Waller’s Task Force M.

On social media platform X, artist Felipe Illa shared his remarkable interpretation of the Bride, showcasing voice actor Indira Varma’s likeness in a compelling live-action adaptation. While the Bride’s hairstyle appears slightly shorter and her coat has a darker hue, there is an undeniable resemblance to her animated incarnation from Creature Commandos.

Similarly, characters like Dr. Phosphorus may find themselves among Batman’s adversaries in The Brave and the Bold, while Circe is expected to be prominently featured in both Paradise Lost and future Wonder Woman projects. Just as James Gunn redefined the Guardians of the Galaxy within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Creature Commandos might evolve into a key component of the DCU for years ahead.
