Flavor Flav Responds to Donald Trump’s Hate for Taylor Swift After Her Endorsement of Kamala Harris: “They Call Me KING SWIFTIE”

In a recent Instagram announcement, Taylor Swift declared her support for Kamala Harris in the upcoming Presidential elections. This statement followed the highly anticipated debate between Donald Trump and Harris. In her Instagram post, Swift stated:

“I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election. I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them.”

Shortly after Taylor’s endorsement, Trump expressed his feelings on Truth Social by saying:

“I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!”

The reasons behind his outburst were unclear, but many speculated it was a reaction to Swift’s support for Harris.

In response to Trump’s post, Flavor Flav posted on X on Sunday, September 15, 2024:

“I LOVE TAYLOR SWIFT!!”

A user named @took_ur_ tweeted:

“Pandering to the swifties? Pretty pathetically hilarious.”

This prompted Flav to respond with another tweet:

“You must be new here,,, allow me to reintroduce myself,,, they call me KING SWIFTIE 👍🏾”

Additionally, Flavor Flav shared a tweet by Mark Hamill, who extended his support for Taylor following her public statement about her political stance.

Taylor Swift Receives Overwhelming Support After Trump’s Remarks

As previously mentioned, pop star Taylor Swift articulated her political views, revealing her intention to vote in the forthcoming Presidential elections. Within a week of her endorsement of Kamala Harris, former President Donald Trump made a post on Truth Social where he claimed to hate her.

This statement garnered significant attention, leading to a wave of support for the singer from various celebrities and public figures. Flavor Flav and Mark Hamill were among those who publicly backed Taylor. Former Congresswoman Liz Cheney also weighed in with her support for Swift, tweeting:

“Says the smallest man who ever lived.”

This comment is interpreted to reference Taylor’s song “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived,”released in April 2024.

Meanwhile, at the MTV VMAs ceremony on Wednesday, Taylor encouraged fans to vote for their preferred candidate:

“If you are over 18, please register to vote for something else that’s very important… [the] presidential election.”

It’s also important to note that as recently as August 2024, Trump allegedly shared AI-generated images suggesting that Swift had endorsed him. According to The Guardian, he posted deepfakes of women wearing shirts claiming “Swifties for Trump.”

In her recent endorsement post, Taylor addressed these allegations, expressing her concerns regarding AI and misinformation:

“It really conjured up my fears around AI, and the dangers of spreading misinformation. It brought me to the conclusion that I need to be very transparent about my actual plans for this election as a voter.”

The upcoming US Presidential elections are scheduled for November 5, 2024, and Harris has recently challenged Trump for another debate, although no confirmation has been made.
