The second Burning Firestone can be found on the northeastern isle. To collect it, proceed with the following actions:

Rotate the right floating isle mechanism.
Rotate the left floating isle mechanism.
Cross the bridge extending eastward.
Raise the lift.
Follow the Little One to the second Burning Firestone location.
Collect the Common chest found along the route.
Activate the mechanism to the right of the Firestone location.
Climb the platforms that appear to reach the upper level.
Defeat the lurking enemy.
Claim the Exquisite chest situated atop the tower.
Engage with the mechanism behind the chest to unlock the gate.
Descend to reunite with the little Saurian.
Open the locked door.
Tell the Little One, “Let’s return to the altar!”

To locate the third Burning Firestone in Tonatiuh, follow these steps:

Rotate the mechanism on the right floating isle.
Adjust the northern floating isle mechanism.
Cross the bridge leading to the lower level of the northern isle.
Follow the Little One closely.
Watch as the Secret Source Sentinel carries the third Burning Stone to the southwestern isle.
Proceed toward the northwestern edge.
Transform into a Qucusaurus.
Fly toward the Pyroculus.
Activate the mechanism inside the tower.
Shape-shift back into a Qucusaurus.
Ascend toward the unlocked door.
Use the elevator to return to the upper floor.
Interact with the little Saurian.
Follow it as it guides you.
Activate the lift once more.
Walk towards the Altar of Primal of Flame.

Burning Firestone Location #4

The fourth and final Burning Firestone is situated on the upper level of the northwestern isle. To secure it, players should:

Traverse across the northwestern bridge.
Call upon Bona to elevate the bridge.
Jump and glide to the upper level of the northern isle.
Lower the lift.
Follow the Little One’s lead.
Prompt it with “Let’s return to the altar!”
Successfully defeat the enemy that appears using a well-structured team in Genshin Impact.
Request the Saurian to return to the Altar once again.
Collect the Precious chest before leaving.
Head towards the Altar of Primal of Flame.

Once all four Burning Firestones are gathered and offered at the Altar of Primal of Flame, players will complete The Flowing Primal Flame Quest within Genshin Impact. This will trigger a cutscene in which the fire converts the Jade of Return into a Golden Entreaty.
