Genshin Impact has officially announced the character line-up for the Version 5.3 Event Banners. The first half will prominently feature Citlali and Mavuika, while players can look forward to Arlecchino and Clorinde during the second half. In addition to the introduction of these three new characters, the update will include two new Lantern Rite skins, a significant Flagship Event, and the final chapter of Natlan’s Archon Quest, promising a rich content experience for players.
The upcoming version will also bring a new Chronicled Banner focused on characters from Liyue. Notably, while key characters like Xianyun and Yelan will not appear, players can expect to summon powerful 5-star heroes such as Ganyu, Shenhe, Tartaglia, and Baizhu during the Lantern Rite festivities in 2025. This marks a departure from Genshin Impact’s previous patterns and will shake up the Event Banners in significant ways.

Weapon Banners and Gameplay Enhancements
As we approach Version 5.3, players should take note of the powerful offerings on the Weapon Banners. Arlecchino and Clorinde‘s Signature Weapons provide excellent options for various character builds, while Mavuika‘s Claymore is expected to be versatile. Additionally, the weapon Starcaller’s Watch will appeal to any Catalyst users focused on Elemental Mastery or Shield mechanics, such as Baizhu. Thanks to recent adjustments in the Weapon Banner structure, acquiring these Signature Weapons has become more attainable than ever.
