Engage with him to investigate suspicious activities occurring in the village. Your next destination will be St. Katherine’s Church, where you’ll witness a murder. After reporting this to Captain Sims, you will gain his trust and receive a mission to obtain information from Dr. Garrow, a crucial captive in Skethermoor Prison.
With permission from Captain Sims, you can now access the prison without encountering hostility from guards or Protocol soldiers. Navigate to Skethermoor Prison, located at map coordinates 41.1 E, 70.8 N.
Steps to Acquire the Signal Redirector:
- Upon entering the prison, you will face a locked door. To unlock it, locate the console adjacent to the door and gather the nearby Security Keycard.
- Move forward into the prison, and upon entry, take a left. Descend the stairs to the lower floor and proceed onward.
- You’ll encounter another locked door; use the Security Keycard to access it.
- Continue straight until you find a door leading to the Lower Floor. Descend the stairs and approach the wall turret.
- Below the turret, access a door leading to the Loading Bay, continue moving forward. Once the final door is unlocked, you’ll arrive at the captive prisoner area.
- Dr. Garrow’s cell is directly ahead. Interact with her to learn the whereabouts of the Signal Redirector.
- From her location, proceed north to the room labeled Security. Turn right and head to the end of the room where the shelves are located.
- The Signal Redirector can be found on one of the shelves.
2. Windfall Crate
The second Signal Redirector is hidden within a Windfall Crate, which requires a keycard for access.
Steps to Obtain the Windfall Crate Keycard:
- Travel to the Skethermoor region and locate the Protocol Workshop bunker at map coordinates: 38.0 E, 77.4 N, near the entrance of the area.
- Once inside the workshop, take the first right and proceed along the hallway. Expect hostility as you will be treated as a trespasser; fend off the attackers.
- Take the first left, continue straight to reach a washroom, where you will find a tight area that you can squeeze through.
- Climb through another narrow gap and follow the path until you discover a deceased individual in a hazmat suit. Search the body to acquire the Windfall Crate Keycard along with a note hinting at the crate’s location.
Finding the Windfall Crate and Claiming the Signal Redirector:
- Exit the Protocol Workshop and head towards the Protocol Field Station (map coordinates: 41.3 E, 74.9 N).
- Once inside, take the first left followed by another left to enter an adjoining room.
- Located directly across from the shelf, you’ll find the Windfall Crate. Open it to reveal the Signal Redirector, along with a Training Stimulant and a First Aid Kit.
