Following Diddy’s arrest on Monday, September 16, 2024, radio host Charlamagne Tha God delivered a striking warning to the rapper’s associates regarding potential prosecution. During an episode of The Breakfast Club, Charlamagne shared his thoughts on the situation:
“If he gets racketeering & s*x trafficking for freak offs there will be others involved… If you ever ran a train with Diddy you’re probably going to jail… If you’ve ever been b*tt naked anywhere with Diddy and there were some women or men around that he indicated were part of the party, you’re probably going to jail.”
Once Charlamagne Tha God’s remarks went viral on social media, a flood of reactions followed. An X user, @itsavibe, shared a clip of the segment, leading another user to comment:

Sean Combs, known as Diddy, was arrested on September 16, 2024, at approximately 8:15 PM at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan, following a grand jury indictment. This arrest occurred a few months after Cassie made various allegations against him, which she later withdrew after reaching a settlement. Nonetheless, additional women have come forward with similar claims.
The rapper faces serious charges, including s*x trafficking and racketeering. His legal team proposed a “bail package”to facilitate his release, incorporating several properties and a $50 million bond. The package also included passports from his sons, sister, and mother, as well as his equity in a Miami residence, demonstrating that he is not a flight risk.
However, the judge denied the bail, determining that Combs would remain in federal custody. His attorney stated in court:
“Mr. Combs is a fighter. He’s going to fight this to the end. He’s innocent. Sean Diddy Combs is demonstrably committed to proving his innocence in court, and he should be released, as per the proposed conditions, to do so.”
In addition to Charlamagne Tha God, other celebrities, such as 50 Cent (Curtis Jackson III), have also voiced their opinions regarding Diddy’s arrest. He shared a picture with Drew Barrymore on X, formerly Twitter, and humorously commented on the large quantity of lubes and baby oils allegedly retrieved from the rapper’s home during a search in March.
