Although her Talent experienced a slight reduction in DMG multiplier against afflicted targets—from 5% to 4%—her Technique has seen a substantial enhancement. Rather than applying four stacks of Interpretation to all enemies at the outset, The Herta now targets a single opponent with a staggering 25 stacks, prioritizing Elite targets.
