The current Version 2.7 has recently rolled out its first banner showcasing the much-anticipated character Sunday, alongside the limited banner featuring Fugue and Firefly. With no plans for a Version 2.8 update, the game is set to transition directly to Version 3.0, indicating significant updates ahead for players.
In an intriguing reveal via their official social media platforms, HoYoverse announced Tribbie, also designated as the Holy Maiden of Janusopolis. This multifaceted character embodies a divine essence split into distinct personas: Tribbie the Messenger, Trianne the Gatekeeper, and Trinnon the Priest. The community’s buzz is palpable as players anticipate diving into Tribbie’s narrative, which hints at her critical role in a prophecy intended to guide humanity toward a brighter future while combating dark influences. Tribbie is confirmed to be a Quantum user, marking her as the tenth character to harness this damage type within the game. While an official release date for Tribbie has yet to be disclosed, speculation suggests her debut will coincide with update 3.1.
Based on typical release patterns, players can expect update 3.1 to arrive at the end of February. Importantly, Tribbie is not included in the upcoming Honkai: Star Rail update 3.0, which has already been confirmed to feature two new five-star characters: Herta and Aglaea.
Herta will be introduced as a new five-star version of an existing four-star character named Herta. In contrast, Aglaea’s introduction is generating considerable excitement as she unveils a new class called the Path of Remembrance.
