In an intimate new vlog released on December 6, Hyeri, the popular member of Girl’s Day, delves into the emotional challenges she faces in the entertainment industry, particularly regarding frequent breakups. Collaborating with beauty content creator and hairstylist Kiwoo, she offers a candid look at her feelings surrounding parting ways with people she has worked closely with.

During the video, Hyeri expressed her love for participating in variety shows, which provide a lighthearted atmosphere reminiscent of friend gatherings. This environment allows her to engage naturally, both in front of and behind the camera. Her past performances, especially on notable programs like ENA’s HMLYCP and tvN’s Amazing Saturday, have contributed to her rising star status.

Reflecting on a particularly emotional moment, Kiwoo reminded her of the tears she shed during the finale of Amazing Saturday. When prompted about her tears, Hyeri responded with honesty:

“I usually cry when breaking up. But once I fully let all my emotions out, I feel relieved, and it feels like I’ve finished for real. That’s why I believe it’s essential to have a proper goodbye.”

Hyeri elaborated further on her experiences with transient relationships in the industry. She explained, “Due to the nature of my work, I encounter a great deal of meetings and farewells. We spend entire days together only to part ways, and while it happens frequently, I still find myself crying during these moments of separation.”This revelation highlights how deeply she feels about her connections, despite the emotional toll it can take.

As an artist navigating a world rife with fleeting relationships, Hyeri’s honesty resonates not only with her fans but also with anyone who has experienced similar feelings of attachment and loss.
