Should Kamala Harris secure victory in the upcoming presidential election, she will become the first female president in U.S. history. The thought of this has sparked intense outrage among certain factions.
The reactions often resort to crude and misogynistic humor that is inappropriate for any setting, especially not for public display. However, given Donald Trump’s perspective on locker room talk—famed for his “grab ’em by the pussy” comment—it’s hardly surprising to witness such behavior among his followers.
On October 27, a particularly offensive sign aimed at Harris gained traction on X. This coincided with Donald Trump’s rally at Madison Square Garden in New York City, which was characterized by its overt racism and hostility. During this event, a so-called “comedian” named Tony Hinchliffe made a disgraceful comment referring to Puerto Rico as a “floating island of garbage,” a remark that even some Republicans found unacceptable. Yet, Trump remained silent on this issue, as these sentiments seem to fuel his appeal.
Supporters of Trump seem eager to garner his approval through displays like the sign shared on X. Journalist Adam Mockler tweeted an image of it, sarcastically noting, “MAGA keeping it classy in New York City.” The sign bluntly declared, “Fuck Kamala. We ain’t voting for that hoe.” Distasteful, to say the least.
The MAGA crowd frequently insinuates that Harris’s alleged promiscuity is some sort of indictment against her character. This viewpoint is outdated and irrelevant, yet our society continues to equate a woman’s morals with her sexual history. Ironically, Donald Trump appears to skirt similar scrutiny, as he unabashedly admitted to his own lewd behavior.
Despite the pervasive misogyny, a glimmer of hope lies in the number of users on X who denounce such behavior. Owned by Trump supporter Elon Musk, the platform does feature an array of right-wing rants filled with sexism and racism, yet it’s reassuring to see that there are still voices opposing these toxic narratives.
Another reason never to befriend a Trump supporter: misogyny.

But protect the kids from vulgar rhetoric and profanity, right?

There’s no way the Republican party doesn’t embrace its misogyny. Like, that’s one of their main insults towards her.? ? And they will call any female politician a hoe if they disagree with her.

One noteworthy detail pointed out by an observer was that the man featured in the photo chose to remain faceless. Perhaps he possesses a shred of shame, although it likely isn’t much.
noticed he’s not willing to show his face on camera.

This is not the first incidence where men have resorted to vulgar jokes about Harris. Following Donald Trump’s visit to a McDonald’s, supporters began sharing distasteful jokes linking her to a different burger chain, such as, “Kamala Harris might swing by Five Guys today. Unclear if she will also check out a burger joint.” Such remarks are offensive, showcasing the Republican Party’s attitudes toward women. Some women believe that aligning with MAGA ideals will shield them from the disrespect often directed toward females by conservative men. Unfortunately, that belief is profoundly misinformed.
