On Saturday, September 21, Sony Music Publishing announced that BTS Jungkook’s track “3D”featuring Jack Harlow was a significant contributor to its success in 2023. During the 2024 SESAC Music Awards, held on the same day, Sony Music Publishing won the coveted Publisher of the Year award, marking its third consecutive win in this category.

This achievement is particularly notable as SESAC is recognized as one of the three major performing rights organizations in the United States, highlighting the magnitude of this win for Sony Music Publishing. In light of this success, the company identified three songs as the primary contributors to its accomplishments in 2023. These tracks are “Good Good”by Usher and Summer Walker, BTS Jungkook’s “3D”featuring Jack Harlow, and SZA’s “Used.”

BTS’ Jungkook, also known as Jeon Jung-kook, is a South Korean singer under Big Hit Music. The two are participating in the Buddy System, which allows friends, family members, and close acquaintances to enlist together for mutual support during the challenging military training period. Both idols are expected to be discharged from the military in June 2025.
