When you begin Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, you will find just one accessible maintenance tunnel entrance, with the others remaining locked. Otis, a crucial character, mentions that he misplaced the key somewhere in the tunnels. To find it, head to Leisure Park, located in the mall’s center.

Refer to your map and navigate to the top left corner of the park. At the parking lot, you’ll notice an entrance to the tunnel. It’s advisable to grab a car from the parking area to streamline your journey. Make sure to drive into the tunnel entrance while coming prepared with powerful weapons to deal with substantial hordes of zombies.

For combat readiness, we recommend equipping yourself with a submachine gun and a katana. As you navigate through the tunnels, either dodge or eliminate any enemies you encounter until you reach the storage room located centrally in the tunnels. There, you will find the key.
