Stephanie Boswell

Stephanie Boswell is an internationally recognized pastry chef who launched her culinary journey in Chicago before moving to Las Vegas. There, she developed the acclaimed Foie Gras Candy Bar, famously described by the late Anthony Bourdain as a “must-do in Las Vegas.”Her innovative dessert-making techniques have earned her widespread admiration.

Boswell has been acknowledged as one of the ‘Best Up-and-Coming Female Chefs in Los Angeles’ by CBS LA in 2015, as well as being named ‘A Woman to Watch’ by LA Confidential magazine. She most recently served as the Executive Pastry Chef at the esteemed Peninsula Beverly Hills, where her signature Faberge Egg dessert received prestigious accolades.

She is no stranger to Food Network viewers, having hosted the channel’s Bake or Break and regularly serving as a judge on top-rated shows such as Halloween Baking Championship, Holiday Baking Championship, Easter Basket Challenge, and Buddy vs Duff.

Additionally, Boswell has showcased her expertise as a guest judge on Supermarket Stakeout and Chopped Sweets, further exemplifying her breadth of knowledge in the culinary arts.

Carla Hall

Carla Hall first gained fame through her appearances on Bravo’s Top Chef and Top Chef: All Stars, where she shared her heartfelt philosophy of cooking with love. A trained chef with extensive experience in various professional kitchens in the Washington, D.C. area, Hall has made a significant impact on the culinary scene.

In addition to her competitive success, she co-hosted ABC’s Emmy Award-winning lifestyle series The Chew for seven years. Carla is also a prominent judge on Food Network shows, including Thanksgiving, Holiday, and Halloween Baking Championships, as well as Worst Cooks in America.

Hall is an accomplished author, with her 2018 cookbook, Carla Hall’s Soul Food: Everyday and Celebration, earning a nomination for an NAACP Image Award. Furthermore, her debut picture book, Carla and the Christmas Cornbread, published in November 2021 and illustrated by Cherise Harris, is inspired by her childhood in Nashville, TN, and emphasizes family traditions through a delightful Christmas cornbread recipe.

Zac Young

Zac Young serves as the Pastry Director of Createable Hospitality Group and is known for his innovative pastry creations, including the popular all-in-one Thanksgiving dessert, The PieCaken. A graduate of Walnut Hill School for the Arts and The Institute of Culinary Education, Young has built an impressive career, having worked at Bouchon Bakery in New York City and Alexandra Guarnaschelli’s Butter Restaurant.

His extensive training in France under acclaimed chefs such as Philippe Givre at Valrhona and Philippe Parc at Chocolate Michel Cluizel has established him as a notable figure in pastry. In 2015, he was honored as one of the Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America by Dessert Professional.

Young’s passion for pastry arts is well-displayed on shows like Cooking Channel’s Unique Sweets and Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay, Chopped, and Worst Cooks in America. He is poised to inspire and impress audiences with his creativity on Halloween Baking Championship.
