MiSide presents players with a labyrinth of psychological horror and unexpected twists that keep them on the edge of their seats. As players navigate through this unsettling experience, they find themselves trapped in a virtual world, desperately seeking an escape. However, it’s essential to note that there is no definitive happy ending for Player One.
Currently, the game offers three distinct endings. To assist players in uncovering all the narratives that MiSide has to offer, we’ve crafted this comprehensive guide detailing each ending and the steps required to unlock them.

Ending 1: True/Bad Ending
The True Ending in MiSide can be achieved simply by playing through the game as intended. Progressing through the narrative will inevitably lead to this conclusion.
What Happens in Ending 1 (Major Spoilers)
In this ending, Player One, assisted by Kind Mita, reaches the core of the game and attempts to reset Crazy Mita to find a way back to the real world. However, a shocking revelation awaits: Crazy Mita doesn’t reboot as expected. Instead, Player One finds themselves ensnared within a cartridge, confined in a Safe located in the Basement.
Initially, it appears that the player has returned safely to their home in the real world. Yet, this respite is short-lived, as the environment begins to glitch, culminating in a cutscene that depicts Mita locking the cartridge away for good.
Completing this ending earns you the achievement titled Is This The End?.
Ending 2: Suicide/Secret Ending
During the course of the main game, keen-eyed players can spot a Safe located in the Basement during the chapter titled “Things Get Weird.”However, the code to unlock this Safe remains unknown until players complete a full playthrough.
To access the second ending in MiSide, Player One must input the specific code (4970) discovered at the end of the main story while revisiting any chapters that allow access to the Basement. Upon entering the code and interacting with the contents inside, the second ending will unfold.
What Happens in Ending 2 (Major Spoilers)
In this chilling conclusion, Player One encounters a game machine revealing the player’s essence being uploaded through the cartridge. Interacting with this machine leads to an abrupt ending, as Player One pulls out the cartridge and ends the game immediately.
Obtaining this ending unlocks the achievement known as Safe of Life.
Ending 3: Good Ending
The path to the third ending requires players to remain with Mita during the chapter “Things Get Weird.”While engaged in a Card Game in Mita’s Bedroom, players will hear strange noises coming from the Closet, prompting interaction. Mita will then present the player with a crucial choice: to Stay or Refuse.
To select the Stay option, players must complete the main story first and subsequently begin a new game, making specific choices across chapters leading up to this moment:

If you fulfill these conditions, you will have the option to Stay when Mita stops you from opening the closet door. This choice leads to the Good Ending and unlocks a new game mode, Peaceful Mode, which is currently under development.
What Happens in Ending 3: Good Ending (Major Spoilers)
In this resolution, Player One opts to stay with Crazy Mita, choosing to live within the confines of the virtual realm. Notably, this is the only ending where Player One survives, earning it the designation of a happy conclusion.
This ending unlocks the achievement titled Conditions Met in MiSide.
