“Mr. Crocket”is an exciting upcoming horror movie that will debut on Hulu on October 11, 2024. Marketed as a Hulu Halloween special, the plot revolves around a sinister children’s show host, Mr. Crocket. The official synopsis reads:
“In 1993, a mysterious children’s show host, Mr. Crocket, magically emerges from television sets to kidnap young children, brutally slaying their parents in the process. After Mr. Crocket snatches her son, one determined mother embarks on a perilous quest to track down the demonic entertainer and rescue her boy.”
This chilling film is inspired by a 2022 short film of the same name, which was originally produced for Hulu’s Bite Size Halloween and directed by Brandon Espy.

The cast features Jerrika Hinton, Ayden Gavin, Alex Akpobome, and Kristolyn Lloyd in leading roles. Elvis Nolasco portrays the malevolent Mr. Crocket.

Elvis Nolasco boasts a rich acting career that dates back to the 1990s, with notable performances in “I Like It Like That,””Law and Order,”and “New York Undercover.”He has collaborated extensively with acclaimed director Spike Lee, featuring in films like “Oldboy,””Clockers,”and “Da Sweet Blood of Jesus.”
In the 2010s, Nolasco gained widespread recognition for his role as Nat Pettigrew in the MGM+ crime drama “Godfather of Harlem,”alongside Forrest Whittaker, who portrays the infamous New York gangster Bumpy Johnson from the 1960s.
