Palworld, currently in its early access phase, captivates players with frequent updates that introduce captivating pals and expansive islands. Following the limited offerings of the Sakurajima expansion, the latest Feybreak update is a significant enhancement, featuring over 20 new pals to discover.
New players venturing into the Feybreak update may experience difficulty locating Feybreak Island, particularly given the vast backdrop of the Palpagos Islands archipelago. Navigating away from the starter zones can prove to be quite the challenge.
Feybreak Island Location Guide In Palworld
Situated in the far southwest corner of the Palpagos Islands, Feybreak Island can be spotted from the southern shores of Mount Obsidian. To navigate your way to Feybreak Island, begin your adventure at Fisherman’s Point, which is a fast travel hub located on the southern coast of Mount Obsidian. From this point, players can travel via a flying or water mount across the ocean to reach their destination.
If you have not yet accessed the Mount Obsidian region, you’ll need to accomplish this first. Known for its towering heights, Mount Obsidian is clearly visible across most game areas. To unlock fast travel options, head southeast and gear up with heat-resistant armor.
Alternatively, adventurous players may choose to bypass Fisherman’s Point and travel directly from the Sea Breeze Archipelago to Feybreak Island, though this route requires more effort.
What To Do On Feybreak Island In Palworld
The Feybreak update heralds the most expansive addition to Palworld so far, with Feybreak Island being over three times larger than the previously released Sakurajima. Players will quickly encounter various high-level pals and a new faction of adversaries, named the Feybreak Warriors, making the environment one filled with challenges for the unprepared.
Upon arrival, your top priority should be to activate the Scorched Ashland fast travel point located on the northern coast of the island. This strategic move will allow for rapid returns to the island following any unfortunate defeats during your exploration.
It’s essential to note that flying mounts are not permitted on Feybreak Island; any attempts to fly will trigger a warning stating, “Entering Anti-Air Zone! Dismount your Pal to avoid being shot down.” This warning should be taken seriously, as attempts to remain airborne will lead to attacks from homing missiles. It’s advisable to utilize swift ground mounts like Fenglope to traverse the island until you’ve disabled the scattered missile launchers.
After familiarizing yourself with the terrain, you can seize the opportunity to capture the new pals or gather valuable resources like Chromalite and Hexolite. These materials play a crucial role in crafting advanced equipment and constructing the latest structures introduced in the Feybreak update.
Once you have amassed a team of new pals and seek a formidable challenge, prepare for the raid against the Feybreak Tower boss, Bjorn & Bastigor. Unlike other tower bosses you’ve encountered, facing this foe requires first defeating three alpha pals—Dazzy Noct, Caprity Noct, and Omascul—and collecting their bounty tokens to earn the chance to engage with the Feybreak Tower boss.
