Season 7 of The Circle made its dynamic return with episodes 5-8 on Netflix on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. The cast experienced a shocking twist as they bid farewell to Heather, who had been catfishing as Andy, in episode 7. This dramatic exit followed a betrayal by her “showmance”partner Madelyn, who sought to remove herself from a precarious position.
In a surprising turn of events, the new disruptors, Madelyn and Rachel, were required to swap their profiles and play under each other’s identities. Their main goal was to survive the looming eliminations to regain their original accounts. To secure her safety within the house, Madelyn covertly persuaded the other players to block Andy without his knowledge.
Once Andy was eliminated, Madelyn concocted a story pinning the blame on Darian for Andy’s exit, accusing him of being disloyal to his allies. While most cast members were torn over her allegations, newcomer Antonio, who was catfishing as Tierra, fell for Madelyn’s deceit and chose to ally with her.
Following a private chat in episode 7, Tierra pledged loyalty to Madelyn and Rachel, vowing to take down Darian.
“I feel really good about this message. I got everything I needed from this chat. And, Darian, I’m getting your casket ready, boy,”Tierra stated.
Before their discussion, Tierra expressed her intent to solidify her connections with Rachel and Madelyn since they were among the game’s top-rated players. She believed that having two strong competitors as allies would enhance her gameplay.
The Circle star Antonio inquired about Madelyn’s “#HitList”
Antonio, masquerading as Tierra, brought Madelyn and Deb, who was posing as Rachel, into a private group chat. He was eager to uncover their relationships with other cast members and asked Madelyn to “spill some tea about who’s next”on her “#HitList.”
In response, Rachel mentioned that Kevin was no longer a significant threat.
“As for the #HitList, I don’t think Kevin is a huge threat anymore. #DarianDeflectsTooMuch so maybe Darian is on the list,”Rachel replied.
Seemingly pleased with their dialogue, Madelyn interjected, indicating her desire to further develop the narrative against Darian. She claimed that Darian gave off “#BadVibes”and highlighted how his defense during the Circle Chat was a significant “red flag.”
Rachel continued to denounce Darian by revealing that he had tried to pursue Gianna while still involved with his Circle wife, Jadejha. Tierra was shocked to learn that Darian was “juggling two”relationships simultaneously. Convinced by their “#TwoTimer”theory, Tierra swiftly turned against Darian, intent on sending him home.
“Darian definitely was #MrDefensive. It opened my eyes so much, and with him being the strategist, taking him out is best for us ladies,”Tierra remarked.
Pleased with Tierra’s gameplay, Rachel exclaimed, “This is how you play the game.”Madelyn acknowledged that she had successfully swayed Rachel, Kevin, and Tierra into undermining Darian. Although she had Kevin’s backing, she was wary of a potential betrayal later in the game. Still, she reaffirmed their plan to target Darian for the imminent blocking.
Rachel concurred, declaring:
“Darian it is! #StrategySquadFTW.”
The Circle newcomer Tierra expressed satisfaction with the outcome of their discussion, asserting that Darian was now the “next one out.”She pledged her loyalty to Madelyn and Rachel, promising to stick with them “till the end.”
In contrast, Jadejha, Nicky, JoJo (who was catfishing as Gianna), and Garret stood firmly beside Darian, convinced that Madelyn was simply trying to create drama.
