Release Information for Mickey 17
The upcoming film Mickey 17, directed by the Oscar-winning Bong Joon Ho, is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on January 31, 2025. It will premiere in South Korea a few days earlier on January 28, 2025, ahead of its global launch.
Filming began on August 2, 2022, and ended in December 2022, followed by a rigorous post-production phase and scheduling adjustments. The production took place at Warner Bros. Studios in Leavesden.
Originally, the film was slated for a March 29, 2024 release; however, it was removed from the release schedule due to the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike.
