She noted that all legal responsibilities fell to Kody, revealing that she was unsure of how to navigate the situation.

Janelle currently owns a 2-acre property with Kody, while another 2-acre lot is shared by Kody and Robyn. Additionally, there is a 4-acre plot co-owned by Kody, Janelle, and Meri, with the largest 5-acre lot belonging to Kody and Robyn.

As Robyn and Christine build their respective homes on these properties, Janelle expressed her desire to sell her half and move on with her life. She mentioned that Meri supports her plans since the lots symbolize the only remaining assets they have from their marriage to Kody.

“Robyn’s got her house, Christine has her house. Meri has built a business, but she didn’t use family money; she built that herself. So, she and I are both like, ‘This represents basically the only asset we would be taking from the marriage,’”Janelle stated.
