The highly anticipated continuation of Solo Leveling has faced an unexpected delay following a car accident involving its creator, Daul. As reported by KakaoPage, Daul was hit by a vehicle while walking. While the injuries are not deemed critical or life-threatening, they necessitate an extended hospitalization and recovery period.

Fortunately, Daul’s recovery is progressing well; however, the production of the webtoon Solo Leveling: Ragnarök is temporarily on hold. The expected hiatus will last from December 30, 2024, to January 3, 2025. In the meantime, the Solo Leveling community has shown tremendous support, expressing warm wishes for Daul’s swift recovery.

Since its launch in July 2024, the sequel Solo Leveling: Ragnarök has skyrocketed in popularity, making waves in the webtoon community. The debut chapter garnered nearly three million views within a mere two days, reflecting the immense anticipation surrounding its release and solidifying its status as one of the leading webtoons worldwide.
