Stephenie was born on December 6, 1979, in Briarcliff, Glenolden, a suburb of Philadelphia. She is the youngest and only girl among five siblings. Her parents, Stephen and Marguerite, cultivated a supportive environment that encouraged her athletic and academic ambitions. As of now, Stephenie has been married to Kyle Kendrick since November 13, 2010, and they have three children.

After graduating from Archbishop Prendergast High School, where she excelled in lacrosse, field hockey, and swimming, Stephenie attended Temple University before transferring to Monmouth University. At Monmouth, she played Division One Lacrosse and was a four-year starter.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, focusing on marketing and management. Currently, she works as a territory sales representative for a pharmaceutical company while also bartending part-time.

Survivor: Palau

Stephenie’s first appearance on Survivor was in season 10, Survivor: Palau, which premiered in November 2004. She was selected for the Ulong tribe and made a memorable entrance by jumping off the boat early in an attempt to win an Immunity Necklace, though this tactic backfired, leaving her last to reach the beach.

Her athletic abilities caught the attention of Bobby Jon Drinkard, who picked her early for the Ulong tribe. Despite her strong performance, the Ulong tribe faced continuous losses, resulting in strategic eliminations.

After several losses, Stephenie became the last remaining member of Ulong and subsequently joined the Koror tribe. Although she faced challenges as an outsider, she remained competitive and was ultimately voted out unanimously, becoming the third member of the jury. During the Final Tribal Council, she cast her vote for Tom Westman, who won the season.

Survivor: Guatemala

Survivor: Guatemala premiered in June 2005, with Stephenie starting on the Yaxhá tribe, which initially endured a losing streak. However, Yaxhá secured victory in the next Immunity Challenge, and Stephenie developed a strong alliance with Rafe Judkins and Jamie Newton. A tribe switch moved them to Nakúm, where she and Jamie persuaded Judd Sergeant to help vote out Brooke Struck.

Nakúm won multiple immunity challenges, only eliminating Margaret Bobonich due to a double Tribal Council twist. Following the merge, Stephenie’s alliance successfully targeted Brandon Bellinger and Bobby Jon Drinkard, despite Gary Hogeboom’s use of a Hidden Immunity Idol. Rafe’s blindside plan for Jamie led to Stephenie reluctantly agreeing to the vote.

The alliance then turned their attention to Gary and Danni Boatwright. Despite a promise to Judd’s wife, Stephenie voted out Judd after Danni won immunity. Cindy was subsequently eliminated, and at the final four, Stephenie voted out Lydia alongside Rafe. Ultimately, Danni won final immunity and chose Stephenie for the Final Two, where she finished as the runner-up, receiving only Rafe’s vote.

Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains

Stephenie’s third and final appearance on Survivor was in season 20, titled Heroes vs. Villains. This memorable installment celebrated the show’s 10th anniversary and premiered in August 2009. She was assigned to the Heroes tribe despite her villainous gameplay in Guatemala, primarily due to her underdog storyline from Palau.

Early in the competition, Stephenie dislocated her shoulder but continued to participate in challenges. Her time on the Heroes tribe was marked by conflicts, particularly with James Clement, who blamed her for the tribe’s performance challenges, referencing her struggles with Ulong.

Despite being supported by allies Colby Donaldson and Tom Westman, Stephenie was voted out early due to her perceived threat level and rivalry with James.
