In Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete, offering snacks to animals is a straightforward method to enhance your friendship levels with them. As their friendship levels rise, you accumulate experience points that contribute towards advancing your Camp Manager Level. This makes obtaining snacks crucial for newcomers to Pocket Camp Complete. However, snacks can be quite elusive, and the most efficient way to gather them is through Gulliver’s Ship. Knowing which snacks to give and the quantities can greatly impact your game progress.
How to Obtain Snacks in Pocket Camp Complete
Guide to Gulliver’s Ship
The primary method for acquiring snacks is through Gulliver’s Ship. By sending him to special islands, also known as gold islands, you can obtain Villager Maps. Successfully collecting all the souvenirs from a special island rewards you with x20 Gold Treats as a completion bonus.
If you possess all Villager Maps within Pocket Camp Complete, direct Gulliver’s Ship to the locations displayed on your map. The type of island determines the snacks available. For instance, if your aim is to acquire Gold Treats, focus on completing any Isle of Style that appears, as you can earn x3 Gold Treats as souvenirs, plus an additional x3 as a completion reward.
Bear in mind that you can only view three islands at a time. To refresh the available islands, tap the icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen, keeping in mind that you are limited to one free refresh per day.
To utilize Gulliver’s Ship, you’ll need cargo. Cargo can be crafted from your furniture catalog, while certain islands insist on the inclusion of specific furniture. If your objective is to obtain modern-themed snacks, setting sail for Exotic Island is ideal. You can employ either a Plain Package or Plain Crate as cargo, or opt for exotic-themed furnishings (e.g., Exotic Rug).
Keep in mind that islands with longer clear times (e.g., 6 hours) generally yield more treats than those that can be cleared in four hours or less. For instance, Piano Island provides every type of Tart Snack, including Plain Tart, Tasty Tart, and Gourmet Tart.
Additional Methods to Acquire Snacks
- Rare items can be exchanged for requests to earn Bronze, Silver, or Gold Treats, or you may receive gifts from visitors at your campsite or cabin.
- Daily Goals often reward Silver and Gold Treats, so make sure to check these objectives frequently during your gameplay in Pocket Camp Complete.
- If you have Villager Maps, you can use Blathers’s Treasure Trek and opt for Auto-Trek (costing x5 Leaf Tokens) to collect all treats available on the map, which typically include Bronze, Silver, and Gold Treats.

Essential Information About Snacks
In Pocket Camp Complete, snacks are categorized into two distinct types: regular and themed. Regular snacks consist of the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Treats, which are universally accepted by all animals. In contrast, themed snacks refer to special items like the Plain Donut, which fall into one of three tiers:
- Plain
- Tasty
- Gourmet
Plain snacks provide the least friendship points, while gourmet-tier snacks offer the highest. Naturally, plain snacks are easier to obtain through Gulliver’s Ship, while gourmet snacks are typically available only on islands requiring 6 hours to complete.

Choosing the Right Snack for Animals
Process for Offering Snacks
Understanding each animal’s theme is crucial before presenting them with a snack since animals accrue more friendship points when given a treat that aligns with their theme. Providing Bronze, Silver, or Gold Treats simplifies the process, as these are categorized as “generic”and are well-received by all. Gold Treats deliver the highest friendship point value, granting 25 points.
Offering x10 Gold Treats to an animal at level 1 can elevate them directly to level 15.
If you’re uncertain about an animal’s theme, you can easily check by tapping the animal icon at your campsite or cabin, where a theme icon is displayed near their name. For animals encountered on the map, consult your Contacts or check their theme through Pete’s Parcel Service.
To present a snack, tap on an animal’s image on the screen and select “Have a snack!”. This option is highlighted in red, signaling that you will earn friendship points every time you give them a snack.
