The much-anticipated Winterfest 2024 event in Fortnite has commenced, bringing with it the opportunity for players to earn the Yulejacket skin completely free of charge. This festive skin represents the second giveaway in this year’s holiday celebration. To get the Yulejacket skin, players are required to open all of the presents located on the left side of the Winterfest Cabin. However, it’s important to act quickly, as access to this item will cease after January 7.
Unlocking the Yulejacket Skin
Yulejacket is part of the free rewards associated with Fortnite’s Winterfest 2024 festivities. Players need to navigate to the Winterfest Cabin, where they will find a collection of presents. To achieve the coveted Yulejacket skin, all seven gifts on the left side must be opened. Once that task is complete, players will unlock the eighth reward, which is the Yulejacket skin itself. It’s worth noting that only one present can be opened each day, and December 27 marks the first opportunity for players to add Yulejacket to their collection. If you haven’t yet started opening presents, don’t worry; you can still claim all rewards until the event concludes on January 7.

Additional Holiday Skins Available
Before the introduction of the Yulejacket skin, players were rewarded with the Santa Dogg skin, featuring a festive twist on Snoop Dogg, which became available in the Winterfest Cabin on December 25. Similar to the Yulejacket skin, players can claim the Santa Dogg skin for free until January 7. Those who miss this opportunity will later have the option to purchase it for V-Bucks in the in-game store.
New Additions for Holiday Spirit
This holiday season, players can also embrace the festive spirit with the newly released Santa Shaq skin, featuring the larger-than-life basketball superstar Shaquille O’Neal. Unlike the Yulejacket and Santa Dogg skins, this skin is not free and is available for 1,500 V-Bucks. There is an additional bundle that includes a variety of themed items, including an emote and back bling, priced at 2,000 V-Bucks. Make sure to check it out before the event wraps up on January 7.
