Typically, the best weapon for a 5-Star character aligns with their signature item, although acquiring these rare weapons can be challenging. Fortunately, Wuthering Waves employs a gacha mechanic that ensures players can eventually earn their desired 5-Star weapon, even if it requires a substantial investment of Astrites. With the arrival of Version 2.0, Kuro Games has confirmed the launch of the Poetry and Paean series. This collection includes five distinct weapons, one corresponding to each class. All crafted weapons provide Attack Percentage stats and share a unified damage-enhancing effect. According to Wuthering Waves’ official site, these weapons will increase the wielder’s Attack by a specific percentage when targeting enemies afflicted with Negative Statuses. This makes them particularly effective for DPS units, such as Xiangli Yao, Jinhsi, or Camellya. Additionally, players can look forward to the introduction of the 5-Star Resonator Carlotta, who is speculated to wield Pistols, potentially synergizing well with the new craftable Pistols.
